Meth and Methylone. Which one releases more serotonin?

There's a lot of debate about how BK-MDMA works - if it releases enough serotonin to warrant the precautions one must take with actual MDMA. In my experience tolerance develops much more slower and the comedown is more cracked out and speedy, as opposed to an MDMA comedown, which is more empty and sad. I'm not taking much MDMA these days, I'm trying to stick to drugs that give you an energy boost but don't release too much serotonin. Out of Meth and Methylone, which one releases less?

I'm talking small doses of meth by the way, like between 20mg to 50mg for a small booster, not smoking half a gram in a night (before somebody comes here and tells me not try to meth and that I'll become addicted, ect.) So don't compare the two thinking I'm going to be taking a big dose of meth. With BK, I average between 100mg to 400mg (yeah, those nights get a bit out of control). I find it more addictive and reinforcing.

I'm not interested in other drug recommendations as this is all I have access to at the moment, apart from MDMA.
