meth and gut issues

been doing the adderall presses so i guess about 20mg meth a day.

i have this thing where after about a month of use (i sleep eat etc. the meth is good) i start to develop an intestinal blockage, like i can't poop or pass gas and feel myself backing up. anyone else have this? i *think* from researching its magnesium depletion... just took a supplement.

anybody with this kind of experience? thanks

Yeah I've had this experience.

I think meth severely dehydrates your colon. Plus can cause these nutritional deficiencies. It probably alters your gut microbiome as well.

I’ve been doing meth on and off(mostly on lol) for about 6-8 months now, not too sure, and haven’t really noticed any changes in gut health. Quality varies pretty greatly tbh, IMO it’s mostly garbage or mid tier at best. I’ve also been on suboxone for years, so I’ve always been a bit constipated but never noticed it get any worse. I’ve tried quitting a few times(the subs) and always get the shits for a few days, given I make it that long, and up until this most recent time I always ended up back on them. I’m somewhere around a week now, not too sure maybe a bit farther, and I think I’m out of the shit-my-brains-out stage and I seem to be passing normally(far more normal than I have since a kid pretty much lol). Definitely not constipated, and if I am it’s far better than opiate constipation. Maybe I’m not the best one to answer cause shitting 1-2 times a week has been above average for me for pretty much the last 21 years
