Meth and gums?

Alright... I recently did a lot of meth this past week. Lately, my gums in my mouth have been really sensitive and sore. When I floss them they bleed. I don't know if this is because of the meth, or something else.
Can anyone help me? Does anyone else have this problem?
 
yeah i have this problem--but its cause of long-term habitual usage. during a binge, my gums will bleed if i just put my finger on them and apply a little pressure. its disgusting, but its one of the negative consequences you just have to accept from snorting so damn much. at least your mouth doesn't fill with blood when you brush your teeth :( ewwww
i don't really have advice for you, unfortunetly, but yeah--i have the same problem

Remember - keep yourself extra hydrated when using meth, also be sure you brush and rinse with a strong anti-septic mouthwash several times a day, most speedfreaks have this problem until they observe these practices, then it goes away ..
 
^^^actually fairnymph...i took meth orally last week (my friend put some in coffee for us to have at work) and i thought of you :) cause you're always talkin about takin meth orally. he he. but yeah--it just wasn't the same for me. yes it kept me awake....but thats it. i complained to my friend about it and she was all pissy cause she just gave it to me, and she's all "well i guess i wasted it on you if its not doing anything for you". i guess for me, part of the whole wonderful process is snorting it. ::shrugs:: maybe i have a nasal fixation?? i dunno. and PhreeX--i always try to be hydrated, but thanks for the tip about mouthwash--i'll try it, hopefully my gums will get better :)

combining meth with caffeine might have made the effects less euphoric and more speedy.
 
Just a reminder, the FNMP has again risen! Remember how this works, if you fail to throw in the dollar you're out, we lost 3 more people so it's down to the last 3 people... currently we are up to an even $20 and someone has to take home the jackpot!
 
Whew when I saw the topic I thought you were gonna rub the meth onto the gums or something...Would it work anyway?
 
I remember severely burning my mouth taking it orally at one stage many years ago!!I couldn't smile/talk/ or take any more!!never again.
 
I probably snorted about 3 or 4 lines those couple of days, the rest I smoked. I don't know, I think it WAS because of the meth. Stupid meth ;)

before i stopped using meth (you heard right! i'm DONE... :) ) i used to smoke it a lot, and i'd find that after binging my gums would bleed a LOT, I always thought it was from smoking it...
