Stimulants Meth and arthritis...questions.

I have arthritis really bad in my hands and wrists, causing me considerable pain. I've been told that smoking meth worsens inflammation from arthritis. Is anyone familiar with this, and can you suggest websites with info? I really enjoy smoking almost daily, but if can lessen the pain by cutting down my meth consumption, that would be worth it. Some days I can hardly use my right hand. Thanks.

I have a friend who has arthritis in her hands and using meth makes hers flare up. She takes gabapentin for pain.

Are you sure it's arthritis?

Yes. It's been diagnosed as arthritis. I was offered cortisone shots, which I've turned down so far.
