Meth - alcohol - valium

Hey all, swim has an ultra high tolerance to alcohol and benzos, with no seizure history.. can easily down two bottles of scotch and 16 Val's in a day without passing out. Swim had 1 point of meth 12 hrs ago, and the usual Downers aren't doing much. How long can I expect the comedown to last ? Have had all the usual vitamins etc. Thought about 50 mg tramadol but after reading many threads thought no sir.
