Meth after effects / What kind of drugs make you come down?

Hello! Not sure if you guys remember me but I did meth a few days ago for the first (and last) time. I just had a couple of quick questions (I am new to all of this):
  1. Does meth cause tongue sores? I got like 4 and was wondering if it was because of that.
  2. Does meth cause your blood/skin to react differently? I have bruises in my arms and I don't remember hitting myself hard enough to get them. I don't bruise that easily so I was like WTF? I also bled a bit "down there" and someone said that that happens sometimes when you do meth, so I wonder if it affects blood flow in general or what.
  3. What other drugs make you come down? which ones have the least amount of "side-effects"?

In general I think the most drug that a lot of people would resort to after taking meth are benzos.

Also FYI, I don't think there is anything you can take for you to come down after taking meth. All they can do is to take the 'edginess' off your high. IMO the only thing that can make you come down from meth is time. In regards to your tongue soring, it is because you keep moving your tongue between your teeth. You can drink a lot of water to prevent this, or take a chewy maybe, as long as you dont start clenching your teeth to the point that your hurting your tongue.

To be honest, I have never heard anyone taking meth resulting in the bleeding 'down there'.

Most importantly. make sure your hydrated at all times. Drink heaps of water.

What I meant with my last question is: Does ecstasy. shrooms, mollies, heroin, etc etc make you have a come down? As in: are coke and weed the only ones that don't cause you to come down, or are there other drugs you can take that simply wear off, instead of making you crash?

With meth I used weed to help me feel better... and it did =)

Bleeding: Someone mentioned it in my panicky first thread... do you know anything about the bruising?

In simple words, with any upper drugs that you take, the down is inevitable. I personally have no knowledge in regards of bleeding, but IMO bruising happens because your blood pressure is low and therefore difference in color of your skin is easily noticeable, just like being pale the next day after a night of binging meth. Your whole body is a lot weaker due to the energy being used all night and the lack of nutritions being supplied.

No drug will 'make you have a come down' - drugs simply wear off after time, if they didn't you would be high forever.. The comedown is a term used when noticing that the drug effects are getting weaker after the plateau, whereas crashing is a good term for a highly unpleasant comedown phase. The only drugs I feel a crash from are stimulants like meth, cocaine, amphetamine, mdpv, pentedrone, 4fma.. etc etc.

For me it's usually a mixture of the 'thousand mile stare' and loveless thinking, sensitive skin and a pounding heart, desire to pick at the skin on my arms and clench my jaw, sitting there in a thought loop over my blood pressure and HR, in a state of high anxiety... The best thing for me is to eat something light and nutritious, drink a good amount of water, and do some stretching. If I have a benzo at my disposal (xanax, klonopin, valium, ativan), I might take it, but if not that is fine too. Marijuana helps me greatly with a coke comedown, but gives me anxiety on an amphetamine comedown. You just gotta figure it all out... Mainly -staying hydrated and nourished/exercised before taking a drug will reduce all the problems greatly, and increase the high plateau.

My worst comedown is probably cocaine which i would consider to be a crash, the easiest comedown is marijuana.

Any drugs that increases/ stimulates your mental focus, capacity and stimulation of the brain in that sense will result inevitably in a comedown, as people have said before me. If you're lucky to have some benzos' at your disposal to bail you out then that's the biggest, main thing to help for the crash IMHO. If you don't, well then for me, try staying nourished towards the end of your binge & if u can whiilee your binging, try eating. Cuz basically ur STARVING yourself when ur so sky high but u just don't realize it or care lol. Once u feel the crash & the stimulant has basically worn off , try; Taking some multivitamins, Omega-3 acids, hot-relaxing shower, put on some comfortable clean clothes, & if its towards night time use a sleep-aid or anti-histamine. Such as diphenhydramine, doxylamine succinate etc & tylenol or advil works too. Also in place of the benzos' try getting some Seroquel or trazadone, preferably Seroquel. If you aren't use to those drugs they WILL knock u out. Lights out.

But really bruh, if U just cant get any access to any of the above, just man up & tough it out. This too shall pass. Remember whatEVER comes up MUST come down. Good luck bruh :)
Oh & Mary Jane (marijuana) does also help tremendously with the shitty crash feeling, but for some people it adds onto the anxietyu soo.. pick your poison.

Antipsychotics are the gold standard for coming off of meth, especially some of the atypicals (olanazpine comes to mind). And yes, meth can cause mouth sores.

^ Not always as they can sometimes have some serious adverse effects when ingested with potent recreational amphetamine doses.

^Yeah, I used to use olanzapine as my go-to comedown drug. I have a feeling it precipitated my last psychosis though, so I avoid it unless in full-on comedown.
