Hi I am new.....so here it goes.....hope to be a helpful asset!

You can get rid of or at least limit the mettalic taste after taking Imovane.

Use a good Brand Name mouthwash W/alcohol in its ingredient and rinse like you were going on your first date and then rinse with fresh water.

Something gross like grapefruit juice helps too.:!%)

I have posted about it a lot in Other Drugs.

The theory is that the Z-drugs seem to have a negative effect on the immune system, so that people with good immune systems may see negative effects 30 to 40 years or longer down the road. People who are immunocompromised are going to see effects earlier than that.

I love sharing what I have learned with others as learning is crucial for harm reduction.

I believe the idea is if you use Z-drugs, you just don't want to use them all the time, or at least for a few months in a row. I prefer using regular benzodiazepines and wouldn't even bother trying the Z-drugs based on what I've read about them.
