Any black metal fans in here, I didn't get into until my 20s and some of it's cool but some of it's just silly. Kinda like rap.

Been listening to necro black metal, early 90's stuff lately. Haven't heard of any of these bands

Checked these guys out off that list I posted and dig it. Got me thinking about being a twink and hearing death metal for the first time and before that I thought Slayer was as hardcore and your parents hate it and think it's satan type of music as it gets. Without looking it up I can tell this is modern post 2000 dm, I'm looking for raw 90s. The kind of bands so hardcore and dark they only released one special album and they never played any live shows because they were just that antisocial and dark, nah not really they're just fat nerds that were too stage fright and agoraphobic to leave their parents basement but their album was killer.
