I put together a playlist of some stuff I've been listening to. It starts with Triptykon.



And it ends with Down.



There is a lot of variation in between. Stuff from the '90s, stuff from the '00s. There's

One of the best BM albums imo:

Either way, I think this is a truly game changing album.

Not a legit metal head myself per say, But I've digging the Contortionist on and off for a while now. Good metal to get high too IMO.

This project is the most well-executed black metal/sludge I've ever heard. Cannot get enough of this album.

Sound real to me, just heavily triggered IME. Pretty badass. Heard of that band but for whatever reason never checked them out.

Forgot about these guys and this awesome album. Symphonic/melodic black metal (which often sucks) that is really unique sounding with a hint of power metal to some of the riffage.
