Never had you down for a fan of that stuff tbh, my #1 band in that style is Meth Drinker but they broke up years ago but they make the most FOUL SLUDGE Metal ever recorded, this I promise you.

I have eclectic tastes and can be full of surprises...but you're right I'm not a fan

Just noticed it in some Bristol listings when I was looking for something else, and remembered you were a fan..,

edit - you're getting old now ah...hurtling towards 50 at an alarming rate there...many joys await you!
 
Any Down fans? I've been listening to these dudes since nola and think that was the only album I listened to my sophmore year what do u think of the sound? It reminds me of band that I can't quite think of but not a metal band.
 
I love that black metal can feel sad, melancholic, triumphant, prideful, epic & powerful & groovy all in one song. No wonder it's catching on with the mainstream folks. It's like going through hell & despair but coming out the other side stronger & more true to yourself.

Not a huge fan of these vocals, not that great, even by black metal standards. lol But the instrumentals are great! Makes me wanna snap my spinal cord with headbanging.

I've been punk since I was 13...my real boyfriends musicians...I doubt I'm mainstream. I don't really listen to any other metal besides ministry though. I am interested in the church burning bands? Isn't that burzum etc

Mayhem, Dark Throne, Burzum.

I've been to Fantoft Stave Church & tried to take a photo holding a lighter but people got really upset about it #strange.

My ex had her friends around & I made a "joke" about Varg, little did I know it was the Womans husband who worked for the Norwegian TV News Station that filmed his first Court apperance & shot the famous footage of him walking into Court & that smirk he cut. Norwegian people get very upset about what happened to say the least.

Apart from the stuff he did the guy is a Music Genius, nobody could write a song like this apart from him.
