Hey guys!

I'm sure some of you have been in a similar situation such as this before. Last night while heading home I saw a beautiful girl on the train. She approached me by saying "nice bike." Afterwards we went on to talk for a while until she got off the train. When it was time for her stop she said, well it was nice talking to you. I said you as well and then I let her get away. I didn't even ask for her phone number and I think it's because I was weird about being rejected. I wish I could have just asked because I'm sure she would have given it to me. Have any of you been put in this situation? I keep thinking about how I screwed up on this one and didn't go in for the kill. I went as far as trying to find her on FB but I forgot her name haha. Thoughts? I wish there was a way I can find her and ask her out. She was from Brighton Beach, Brooklyn NY.

well, next time you feel that connection with someone, call to mind this feeling of regret which comes after hesitating and second guessing yourself. use it to propel yourself forward into the unknown and make yourself vulnerable. in that moment the choice is yours, only you can pull the trigger.

and don't worry about finding her, there will be plenty more girls that you find attractive in the future.

also based on the posts you make here, you might find this blog post interesting.

Wow awesome! Thanks so much, that blog post was great. I'm sure I'll meet more girls as it's much warmer weather here and things get live in NY during this time. The girl I met yesterday seemed so cool to the point where I felt such a connection with her. Oh well. Hey thanks again!

Yeah, just ask for her number or just whip out your phone and ask if you can add her on FB, instagram, etc. I think asking for social media accounts are more causal. Hopefully you'll see her again... :) Maybe if you ride that same train around the same time/day you'll see her again. :)

Yes I agree. It works. You can also use the direct approach and just ask her what you are doing today. Just recently I met a girl on a train and invited her to go site-seeing. We spent the day together.

Many times.

You quickly learn that rejection is infinitely more preferable than the regret of not knowing. Because you have a definitive answer. It may sting the ego temporarily but a missed opportunity can haunt you forever.
