There is no proof that mescaline is not in a pill, but what alphanumeric is saying is that it won't be there for two reasons
1) size. the active dose of mescaline is quite large compared to the weight of pills, and so to get all the binders in as well you'd be looking at really huge pills that aren't seen
2) availability. synthetic mescaline doesn't really exist anymore (that powder you see on erowid is synthetic). no synthetic mescaline = no mescaline in pills.
3) cost. Why would you put mescaline in pills when you could sell it for what it truly is to a market that wants it? its scarcity means you could make a lot more $ out of it.
if its not 100% MDMA many people still consider it to be ecstasy... if you get visuals on pills that is usually caused by MDA. MDA is known to be quite hallucinogenic.
