I've used P. Torch and 4-AcO-DMT together. I prefer 4-AcO-DMT on its own. However, P. Torch with ayahuasca is one of the most enthralling and spiritually euphoric combinations I've ever tried. It can be a pain on the old gutty works taking two crudely extracted vomit inducing plant psychedelics together, but if you have mescaline HCl you could just plug it to reduce those issues while increasing potency and just worry more about the ayahuasca.
The cacti/ayahuasca combo is the only phenethylamine/tryptamine combo I've tried that really bowled me over with its synergy, but 2C-B with 4-ho-DPT is also notable (granted, it's rare to come by).
There's an Erowid trip report you may have already read.
Generally, most people I have spoken to prefer keeping their psychedelics 'seperate'.

I waited until it was clear any nausea from the cactus was over with and the experience had plateaued before the 4-AcO-DMT, which I injected intramuscularly. I personally find that the more different two substances are, within limits of course, the more likely they are to make good combos. This id why I usually choose to combine 5-HT psyches with whole other drug classes (usually dissociatives or empathogens) rather than with other 5-HT psychedelics. Both aMT and mescaline have more of a slow rolling empathegen-like quality than other psychedelics, which I've found makes them better candidates for combos with harder grooved psychedelics because it seems like they gently (or not so gently) adjust the trajectory of "take off" in a positive direction. I've used aMT much more extensively in this regard, however, because it's much more predictable than cacti.Have we got a time-frame for your E. peruvianus and 4-AcO-DMT experience?
