mescaline - First time w/ cacti tea, what to expect?

I dunno help, I've dosed pretty high.

It's hard for me to say in a certain manner because the trip that most clearly illustrated it to me was wayyy back when. At that time I still received a lot of OEV's but still I had a solid amount of experiences with all the major psyches at that point. My dose that day was around 1,250-1,350 mgs of very nice HCl extract. The trip was easily as visual as 5 or more hits of LSD and was pretty insane mentally. It still had the gentle nature of mesc, but it was also very strong and very serious. Simply because something has a calm demeanor is no reason to claim its not as strong as something else, IMO. LSD for me even at high doses is calm in a sense, like in comparison to high dose 2c-e or something(LSD never causes me any real troubles, one of the reasons I love it so...). Also it's extremely important that you take pure extract, iso extracts or teas or even just adding water(dear Jesus never again!)just does not cut it at all. Teas never come close though I rarely dose below 500mgs. There was just never a comparison between them in strength.

Consuming cactus tea is akin to medieval torture.

It tastes like drinking your own vomit. I once threw a little of it up after drinking it. That just added insult to injury because not only did I lose some but I had to taste it all over again which reinforced the urge hurl again. There's a reason why it's still legal. Politicians are laughing at us.

But it's an amazing trip. The visuals never seemed overly exaggerated like on other psyches, and there is a lot of energy and excitement pouring out from deep within. It's more mental for me. The first time I did it I didn't even know I was tripping until I realized I had been laying on my back starring at the ceiling for half an hour. I noticed slight visuals within 20 minutes of drinking it but the head-high doesn't kick in for at least two hours.

dude take the whole dose. cactus isnt nearly as strong mentally as shrooms and acid, but its top notch for visuals. Ive taken massive doses and been hallucinating so hard the patterns took over everything and it felt like i was in the middle of a brightly colored tornado, and another time my friend was smoking a when he blew out a hit the smoke turned into a gargoyle thing and flew away. all while being nearly completely lucid.

however it does taste like a mix of stomach acid and soap.

boil the shit down and freeze it into cubes that you can swallow like pills its a lot better then just drink something warm after.

seriously though a good san pedro trip is the best drug ive ever taken.

you know,i never really gave it any thought to how much the powder would expand. luckily i never had any issues. i will say that the idea of eating that many gelcaps again is really turning me off. i have some dried san pedro now,about half a dose is in caps. but i just don`t want to eat all those pills. i`m tempted to try a extraction tek.
