25i nbome is famous to cause cross tolerance with other psychedelics due to its activity on 5-HT2A receptor.

Here's data I found on bluelight:
25i agonizes the following receptors [the lower the number, the greater the affinity]
5-HT2A (0.044), 5-HT2C (2), 5-HT6 (73), 5-HT2B (231), u opiate (82), kappa opiate [288]

Mescaline agonizes the following receptors [4.00 = maximum affinity, 0.00 = no affinity]:
Alpha2c (4.00), 5-HT2B (3.97), 5-HT1A (3.61) Imidazoline1 (3.44), 5-HT1E (3.16), alpha 2a (2.92) and very poorly agonizes 5-HT2A & 5-HT2C.

It seems that mescaline agonizes different set of receptors than 25i.
So, my question: is it enough to assume that would be very little cross tolerance between 25i nbome and mescaline? Or is there something I don't take into account?

I did 25i the day after mescaline.

Whilst the dose of mescaline was comparatively quite a bit lower than that of 25i, I was surprised how little cross tolerance I noticed.

cross tolerance is a really iffy thing. Among myself and my friends, as well as reports i've read here & elsewhere on the web, it's seemed really inconsistent. Generally the NBOMe's tend to cause it more severely due to their high affinity. I would save the mescaline for later as there's a good chance it could be a waste of material.

Also, if those numbers are from the Psychedelics & the Human Receptorome they may not be entirely accurate and/or useful. There's a good discussion thread on the paper in ADD.
