I know theres many variables to the mescaline content of the visionary cacti, and it seems like no one is really 100% sure... So I recently found out that a couple of the T. Pachanoi cuttings I rooted are of the monstrose variety (Ive got pics if anyones interested ;) ) so my question is have any bluelighters had experience drinking extracts made from san pedro monstrose?

I imagine some have, though I don't know of any myself. And cacti can vary quite a bit, even within the monstrose (or any other) variety. As far as I'm aware the only reliable difference between trich species cacti is that bridgesii seems to be somewhat reliably more potent. Hopefully someone a little more knowledgeable on this subject than I will chime in.

Im hoping so too. I went out and took some night time pics just to show everyone how cool they look, Im really happy to have such a beautiful, healthy cactus!

Here they are a little over a week ago before I transplanted them:

And here are the shots I just took of them in their permanent home:

Heres a top view, the monstrose variety has such a unique growth pattern:

Arent they gorgeous? <3 Anyway, someone out there has to have some experience with the monstrose variety, just waitin for em to check this thread out :)

nice pics, i heard that mescaline content does not change if it is a monstrose or normal
