No, but Tylenol 1 (500mg APAP, 50mg~ caffeine, and 8mg codeine) are available OTC accross Canada, as well as a low codeine dose containing cough syrup (with nasty additives, so no recreational value). Anything stronger is prescription only, enjoy.
I live in Vancouver and even Tylenol 1's are prescription here. You can't get ANYTHING with Codeine in it OTC here. Not that I mind anyways, I don't like Codeine that much anyways =X
Edit: Nevermind, I'm wrong. You just have to ask the Pharmacist for it.
My friends used to go up to Canada and buy tons of Tylenol 1's. I don't know where in Canada but they would have big supplies. I'd go over whenever withdrawing. It didn't kill the withdraws completely but helped with some symptoms.
You can get mersyndol OTC in canada. It's supposed to be pretty expensive though and not that many places carry it. Id try the big chain stores to see if they had it.
Id honestly just go get a bottle of AC&C's and save some cash.
