i'd stick to 400mg tagamet
You ay have to do the experiment yourself and see if WGFJ and Tagamet give increased effects.
One problem you may be encountering is that Diazepam already has a long halflife - tagamet will make that longer. IMO the 'potentiation' just extends the lifetime of the drug in your system. It doesn't make you feel it any stronger. I'm a bit biased because I only use it with clonazepam and I only use it at night to help me sleep.
SO i'd say its avery subtle thing to be able to detect in the first place, considering recreational use. If you are suffering form anxiety you may easily be able to detect a lengthened period in which you feel somewhat better but over all the tagamet or WGFJ is not going to make the feelings from the diazeoam stronger, only last longer.
I don' see any inhernet problem with using both tagamet and WGJF other than you don't want to fuck with your CYP's too much. I wouldn't make this a daily ha bit. But once in a while should be fine as long as you are aware of which enzymes are being inhibited so if you need to take any other medicine besides the diazepam you must check first that there is no adverse reaction to the specific CYP's you've been inhibiting
