I just went through 500mg of Mephedrone between 11am till like 4am. Mainly snorting it and one oral dose of 100mg around the end of snorting it. I have a concern my head feels pressurized, my chest hurts and my throat is sore/feels like im being choked. Should I seek some medical help? This is also my first time using this substance.

Someone please help me out! I've read a lot on this site alot and looked at some of the unwanted side effects. I've never experienced anything so nasty like this chemical.

Just wait it out. That's what happens when you rail 100mg/hr of a nasty substance.
 
What you are experiencing is the glory of a stimulant comedown.. I wouldn't go to the hospital, unless you are experiencing very severe symptoms and are worried something is very wrong. Just try and relax. Drink lots of water and try to eat a healthy meal. Also make sure you get a solid nights sleep to let your body recharge. Remember, what goes up, must come down..

I'm going to close this since self serving threads like this aren't OD material. We cannot diagnose you over the internet, so just use your head and if you fear something is seriously wrong it cannot hurt to go to the hospital.

I'm sure you'll be fine.
