RCs Mephedrone- safe to use when you've had heart problems in the past?

Ok so obviously no drug is safe to use, but mephedrone has a particularly nasty reputation...I was wondering if it would be safe for me to use...

Small background- I've never had actual heart problems before, but I have been malnourished, which has led to low phosphate levels, which can lead to a heart attack. So I have to be careful with my heart, even though my phosphate levels are back to normal.

But would I be at severe risk with meph? I've used stims regularly for a long time and never had any problems with ECGs, ect. (used to have one done every fortnight). But I am worried I could be pushing it with meph. Or is it's bad reputation simply fear mongering from the media? The blue knees scares me 8o

The only time I've ever had chest pains was from using meth one night, but apart from that I've been ok with my hangovers.

I also suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, but I am usually ok once I am high.
 
From everything you've said... I'd say a big NO on that one, man. Hah. If you've already had issues, tried to be careful with your heart (doing stims is not being careful with your heart by the way) then it sounds like a bad idea.

Plus you get anxiety and panic attacks? Come on, man. In my opinion, you should stay away from all stimulants forever. Hah. They are not going to gel with you.
 
Well the thing is there is really little to no research done on meph or many other RCs. Many people using theses drugs don't realize that we ARE the longterm study of what these drugs do to people and there health. I would play it safe and just not touch it, ESPECIALLY if you have a heard condition, but that's just my opinion
 
Well the thing is I have been using stimulants regularly for a long time with no problems showing up on my ECGs. Including very powerful stims like meth. So this makes me think I could handle a small dose...I usually dose between 50-150mg if I use any stims, but I am very small (45kgs).

I'm not seeking advice on general use of stims, as I already do this, just advice specifically related to meph. I mean, meth is toxic, but I've never heard of anybody getting blues knees from it... :o

I'm also worried about distributing this drug to friends of mine...I don't want to cause anybody to get blue knees...

I mean, have there been any studies done on infrequent use of mephedrone?

As for the anxiety...I've only ever had two panic attacks in my life (one related to a meth overdose...the other one a week later with no drug relation). But I do get anxious on a weekly basis, but usually manage it ok. I have benzos on hand in case. I drink when I use drugs so usually I'm fine with anxiety. But the day after can be horrendous, including nightmares and sleep paralysis (usually only the night after using anything).

I guess what I'm interested to know is if mephedrone can trigger cardiac disease with responsible use in a person who has no serious heart conditions, but could be vulnerable due to past malnourishment.

There are a couple of threads on this forum regarding meph use. If you fee you can handle stims and are aware of the dangers of doing them/meph then by all means try it out. Just start slow.
 
But I've got to say with all the negative effects of your use (sleep paralysis, panic attack, other health problems) that it really doesn't seem worth it to do meph :/. I would stick to more known stims if your going to do anything. Also I wouldn't suggest drinking and using it. Bad idea and could be really dangerous. And then if you add benzos to the mix? I think you know that can be a deadly combo

OP, nobody can say a stimulant RC is remotely safe when you have had past heart conditions. Please take that into consideration because drugs aren't worth your life or your health.
