RCs Mephedrone online, possible?

I live in the US and I would really like to be able to keep up with the current legal staus of Mephedrone. I was wondering if we could have a discussion on here about running an online internet business in the US. If it is legal and sold not for human consumption and a paint additive. Could that person find himself in any legal trouble by running a legit LLC corporation web based? How would someone keep an eye on what states not to sell in and when the chemical might become illigal in the US? What are the punishments for this chemical?
