Mephedrone/Methcathinone ROA bioavailability - figures?

I've taken mephedrone orally, intranasally, rectally, and by iv, and know how I experience each ROA, but I haven't been able to find figures on bioavailability for each method. Anyone any info?

From your personal experience which methods did you find the most effective/best in your opinion? I can Imagine IV being the best for instant hit. But out of intranasally, rectally and orally, which did you find better?
And particularly between intranasally and rectally? I'm quite curious what you experienced.
