If you experience blood circulation problems with meph try this:
Lay down or sit whatever you prefer,close your eyes and focus on your breathing, inhale through the mound and exhale through the nose.
-This is the qi quong breathing exercice for improving blood circulation.
After a meph session when you want to detoxify your body do the contrary, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mound
-This is the qi quong breathing exercise for cleaning the body.
Every session should last at least 10 minutes and you must breathe through the lower abdomen.
