A quick question guys planning to go out tonight and have maybe 500mg of meph and the usual amount of booze on a nite out. Wondering if it would be ok to take a 5mg Valium when I get home cos I need to sleep as I have work tomo.

No problem with that plan, Vertigo. I'd consider diazepam almost a necessity after a night on the meph myself. Only (minor in this case) concern would be the diaz/booze combo but with just 5mg of diaz that really shouldn't be an issue. Have fun

^ how many grams have you done in total now ?
i did a gram this weekend and noticed the good effects are getting less and less and the negative effects from it seem to get slightly worse each time. ive got 1 gram at home at the moment which im gona do next friday then im not touching it again after that. im gona stop doing it befor i get any serious long term problems from it. ive only done 6 grams all together so im pretty sure i havnt done any damage yet but im not gona keep taking it untill ive fucked my self up im gona stop befor i have. i noticed yesterday that i got pins and needles in my arm when i had my hand under my head in bed which i dont normally get. im not prpared to chance doing any more damage its a nice buzz but its not that nice

I decided that Friday was going to be the last time i took meph with fuck all being known on it (plus ive had the hand tingles thing and it wasnt nice) and strangely enough - i got offered it last night and turned it down! I would be amazed at myself but i dont find it that good a drug, i think ive moved on from stims though

that is exactly what i get. and my hand and arm goes completely numb sometimes. after a few weeks it goes away

20 grams isnt that much really. ive read some people on here say that they get thru that in a week. it obviously effects some people more than others. ive only done 6 grams and ive noticed slight circulation problems. i will do this last gra, ive got but i definatly wont be doing any more after that.
I dont even think ive done 20g over the course of me ever doing it, i just dont seem to be a big fan of it and when i got pins and needles in my hand i got paranoid. To be fair, its better to be para about it than keep doing it and fuck myself.

Pretty sure I have mentioned it before - regularly. Maybe not all packaged in a single post though. It kinda comes and goes but never completely goes. Sure I'll survive - just annoying to get pretty much all of the negative effects with relatively little use. Meh. I've gotten away with plenty with other stuff so probably deserve it really :D

Glad to hear it isn't there all the time. It probably will go away eventually, as I don't see how vasoconstriction could be permanent. Then again, I don't really know to comment!

I take a multivitamin regularly but have never really considered the other stuff really. Not a believer in supplements, to be honest. I possibly should be though ![:\](https://bluelight.org/xf/BL_Images/Orig_Emoji/wrygrin.gif "wry grin :\")

supplements are bullshit imo. eating a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg and fish and meat will do more for you than any supplements. drinking loads of water every day is really important as well. if you dont eat a balanced diet tho than supplements do proball have benefits.

I've used various opis a number of times after meph to come down with, only ever encountered problems once which was nodding out much faster than usual and becoming confused after smoking h. Other times has been fine
I've also heard at least 2 reports of severe chest pains using fent after meph, so up to you whether it seems worth the risk or not
