Mephedrone Megathread VII: Misunderstood Marvels & Malingering Metabolites

some people report trippiness....

i've never noticed it, but I never more than half a gram in a night....

IM DONE WITH MEPHEDRONE. This shit has put me in hospital...

I stayed up alll night friday night, consumed just 2/3g which iis less than normal for a friday night and gave me slight signs of vaso. Throughout saturday after the vaso faded I consumed around 150mg throughout the day in tiny bumps mainly to keep me awake. Immediatly after my final dose I got tingles all round my arms legs and back then the dark red blotches appeared on my arms and legs, my elbows and knees being mos effected. After a major panic and taking the usual anti vaso supps and drugs I go to a+e. Got an ECG and bloodwork, results came back fine but they put my vaso down to anxiety (it was cold in the hospital and the docs hands and arms were dark red also) and I am discharged.

Now my arms and legs are going from pale to dark redwith weird tingling sensations going aaround them. I'm very concerned I've done some serious damage, infact I'm freaking out because I'm scared if I go to sleep I'll never wake up. Fucking amxiety is killing me :(

I'm sure there must be some bad stuff happening to ppl's bodies (myself included) on madcat that has yet to surface.
But I'm not sure how much all the bad side effects everyone seems to suffer is due paranoia?
I've been in some pretty dark places on and after 4mmc mentally - physically I have suffered leg pains, cold hands and a racing heart rate.
I still say it's not as bad as shite pills, crap coke or dirty speed all of which have given me worse comedowns/side effects.
I wish I could get hold of MDMA Coke and Acid that was as good a quality as the 4mmc, Methylone and PeeVee

Its all very strange...so many people having issues with this substance on here recently. Although I suppose in the scheme of things and given how many people even just in the UK are consuming it and how frequently perhaps the numbers aren't actually that huge? All the same as much as I agree that there's a lot of anxiety and panicking going on I can't see all the side effects being down to these factors. It seems like there are undoubtedly some side effects which aren't always dosage or frequency related. Wish there was an indicatio of some studies going on into it...

The real positive is that you've been checked out and got a clean bill of health heart-wise...I'd be focussing on that personally and teling myself that it will pass. Hope you're ok buddy <3

Definitely a good idea to stay away from it after that sort of scare though :)
 
problem is the amount of shit meph going around. the powder stuff is fucking terrible, weak, gives bad side effects compared to the crystal
 
Is that confirmed to be the case? Seen a few posts that suggest crystal is better but don't think I've read its 100% guaranteed that powder is shit and crystal is good? My last bag was part crystal/part powder...the optimistic part of me hoped the powder was just a result of crystals rubbing in the baggy and going powdery but the scottish part of me thought 'cut'. Bit of a bas if its being heavily cut as its no exactly dear to buy....I'm no totally daft though so obviously people are gonna cut it and make more ££££. Bit of a c*** nonetheless.

Especially not just a few hours after you've freaked out about vaso.

Which is what you did SR. Took a drug which had negative effects you didn't like - and then took some more drug. C'mon man. You'll be fine. Just wise up.

Sorry man, but from reading that it doesn't sound like meph has put you in hospital. It sounds as though you went to hospital because you were freaking out & they told you to go home because you were fine?

Anyway, I think I'm going to finally pack this stuff in. What the fuck can I replace it with though? M1 is shite, MDMA is still scarce, most coke or speed is shit :(

you dont have to replace it with any thing you no. its woudnt be all that bad just not bothering for a few weeks/months till mdma shows up around your area. it will show up again at some point for sure.

if you want to get hammerd every weekend then why dont you try geting an eighth or q of base and purifing it, its supposed to be quite simple and effective.
 
never really been much of a fan of speed, dunno why i mentioned it tbh. i get hammered every weekend on booze but find that it's not quite enough, used to just tan loads of coke on top the booze but that's too expensive these days. the problem is that shit ching is so easily available, as soon as i get drunk, i want drugs & the only option is to waste too much money on crap coke, unless i've got meph kicking about. i'm gonna seriously try & not order any more, not so much because of the health issues, just the fact it makes me talk complete shite (it's like coke minus about 100 iq points) & i probably look a bit ridiculous when trying to chew my gums off.
 
stop drinking maybe then. im exactly the same as soon as i get pissed im on a mission to find drugs. and like you ive brought shit coke loads of times in the past noing its gona be shit but kidding myself it might be alright.

just do the meph in small liness if you dont want to get into such a state.
 
Girls wanking dicks for meph, people still lying in bed sniffing it the next day, people going to the hospital for an ECG after abusing it then racing straight home to snort more etc etc

This is all turning as depressing as it gets really isn't it. And as far removed from the MDMA scene as you can get.

Who needs to await a future crystal meth epidemic, all the ingredients are in place for something as bad right here and now.
