Mephedrone Megathread VII: Misunderstood Marvels & Malingering Metabolites

I've a very dry sense of humour which doesn't sit too well with smiley face emoticons etc.

Yeah but you're a relatively new member so noone knows whether you're a kidder or a cunt, so maybe stick around and post a bit more before doing stuff like that so there's no confusion.

I do think meph is amazing. I'd much rather have mdma.
I don't think meph is useless. Its definitely loosens sexual inhibitions and sometimes there's an odd moment of clarity in the verbal shit too.

Amazing. Not useless. Not mdma.

As wibble says, we have no idea whether you are joking as you are new. Plus, this could be a really sensitive subject for the guy involved, so probably not the best thing to joke about at all.

For what it's worth, it seemed like a joke to me on first reading it.
 
See, I knew somebody would - Scots and Mancs mate, similar humour!

Nah if something's clearly a joke to me, I'm guilty of presuming everyone else will know it is.
 
Maybe I did freak out unnessesrally, and yes I was very dumb to dose more the next day. But The vaso was minor at 6am and I thought I'd combated it with all the pills and potions, infact it went away entirely. The lack of sleep and the morish nature of mephedrone made it too iresistable to not do, especially when I had it around me all day and an aquantance wanted me to try out a line from his sealed KG bag!

Come evening time I got to my flat and sniffed like 40mg, and immediatly I felt strange, the skin on my arms started to tighten up, then my leg and soon most of my body was doing the same, then along came the discolouring and rapid heart rate. I went straigt round to mms Sundayravers house who confirmed I was going funny colours. I then rang the NHS helpline who were about as much help as the talking clock, all they said was I should go to A+E, well I decided to hang about but I felt things were getting worse and the tingles were getting too intense, especially around my neck. I decided to play it safe and go to hospital.

Got a little lecture at the hospital, fortunatly they were very understanding and professional, did some tests, asked me a few questions and let me go after a couple of hours. I do think the 5 asprins 3 grams of AAKG and plenty of water helped things.

Today I feel much better, had around 11 hours sleep but every now and again my arms go blotchy red and I get that tight skin feeling.


Please be careful with mephedrone, my usual ammount is a gram over 12 hours, 2 thirds of a gram from the same batch I've been taking for weeks caused weird sides. For anyone wondering I have crystal mephedrone, the stuff thats very sparkly, slightly clumpy with no little hard bits, very pure not cut with shite.
 
What you're describing is the physiological symptoms of a panic attack, in my beentheredonethat opinion.

On a drug thats already pushing up levels of adrenaline in your body, panic just adds even more, your skin starts flushing, your heartrate goes up, you begin to hyperventilate etc, worsening the whole vicious circle, until you convince yourself you're dying.
 
Yeah, I get that if I try to sleep too soon, hyperventilating and the likes.

Trying to be quiet and not breathe really lowed only makes it worse :\ gets me wound up para thinking my folks can hear me and know I'm spangled and I only start breathing heavier then get fast heartbeat. Stupid trying to force it! 8)

Lol it really isn't, it made me laugh a bit, whatever eh, fuck sobbing at the hurdles in life man.

SHM I can't really be arsed to trawl threads and have a big debate with you, tbh I think you're a pretty decent bloke and poster you can just be quite fired up with the rhetoric/ego sometimes. Not you alone either, so ha, sorry if you feel scapegoated <3 I have no 2mg PV doses to blame (usually more like 5 actually ;)) or owt else either...

Heh whatever maybe my point was bullshit, just slightly irritated me people are still spouting the same fairly condescending shit about what is a panic attack, whom has had one, how they should have responded etc etc. The meph experts can speak, but really I don't think most of us know shit still, and IMO BL as a harm reduction board has a duty to warn about issues with meph etc especially in ADD. Do agree that judgement and snobbery and talk of idiocy when it comes to drugs/addiction/meph is not helpful at all though.

Main thing is i hope someone had a nice mephy fap to my chest.

No but seriously glad you are OK, that post earlier was a little alarming to say the least...

Enjoy your (permenant?) break from Mephedrone, has not put me off it though =D
