Mephedrone Megathread - Third time lucky?

Agreed naatural. I think it will be the next thing after G to go but even thats taking its time, which is a good thing for us.

On a side note, I tried a new vendor yesterday and my package arrived today. I orderd 2g to see what it was like (me and a mate orderd 1 each). I weighed it in the little baggie that it came in and its 2.5 so its either a heavy baggie or they have given me a little extra. I weighed a baggie of similar size that i had lieing around and it was 0.3 so looks good! Also, I have never seen a batch look quite like it. It is that crystally it is shining at me. Also there is no smell, I don't know if this is a good or bad thing! I think it's good as I won't be smelling that horrible mephy shit when I am high!

Wahslab, people always go on about the smell. I think if it has no smell its near perfect synthesis, as I think the smell is impurities.
 
Possibly House, that works for me, in that case on the appearance of things I have a good batch, cant wait for the taste later!!

The smell I have had from other batches though is consistant so perhaps it does smell the same way MDMA does, sometimes it is just a stronger smell perhaps? Meh, as long as I enjoy the high! I will let you all know what its like!
 
I find it smells when it comes in contact with moisture, so if your have been touching it with your sweating fingers they will often smell a bit of it throughtout the evening. It's not a bad smell and you have to hold them right up close to smell it, kind of like vanilla almost, sweet smell. But the dry stuff in the bag is completely odourless.
 
Meph + Exercise?

Last night while on Meph I decided it would be a great idea to throw on my ipod and skip and dance like a little school boy down a country road.( it seemed like a great idea and it was, hehe)
It was extremely fun...but it was weird...despite sweating very heavily I did not experience ANY shortness of breath ...i'm really not in tip top shape and am a smoker and would be very outta breath if I had jogged that distance sober...and I prob skipped close to a mile in distance, without taking a break..

Should I never do this again to prevent any kind of heart malfunction?
 
I don't think excersising on stims is a great idea, but then again we all (majority) go out on pills, speed, MDMA etc and dance all night long!

Meh, as long as your heart wasn't beating out of your chest and you wern't too hot I think you'll be OK

Cool. I didn't think it was anything to get concerned over...but it was just so weird not even to feel slightly outta breath.
I didn't know my avatar had a name...interesting:D
 
I think exercising on stims may be a beter idea than not.
When you exercise your lungs and blood vessels expand and circulation increases, by taking certain drugs your heart rate picks up but your lungs and blood vessels stay 'constricted'. This apparently is why drugs can cause heart attacks.

Not 100% on this 1 so don't take it as gospel, something to think about at least...
 
I'm not sure you need to go out of your way to raise your heart beat further on mephdrone to be honest.

Someone mentioned dancing all night on MDMA, but I never did, in fact often MDMA on its own just made me want to sit down and chat shit. At the very least I'd be taking quite regular breaks from dancing.

So yes stims put a strain on your heart as does exercise, however having a high HR while your blood vessels are constricted can be very dangerous.

I would like to learn more about this as I'm only going on guess work really. Any scientist in the house!?
 
I'm still a bit sketched out by meph, 6 months later. The red weird spots on my chest are still here, and wont go away. They're not hugely visible, but it's still a bit disconcerting.

25g meph group binges? Fuckin' hell... :|
 
i was in brighton tripping on acid for the gay pride and was later at a free party rave up on the beach. there were a group of people i just met that night and one of them was doing it from a wrap-he was calling it megatron/megadrone. though his use of it was as tiny key bumps. the only thing he knew was that it was addictive.

i have relinquished my desire for this addictive mind numbing illusion of a drug. its too easy when on it to believe your own fantasy nonsense and forget the realities of life.

as for the above bit about cocaine and excercise its important to remeber that methcathinone is known for causing similar issues as cocaine with regards to blood pressure. this drug belongs in this class of strong dopamine reuptake inhibitors

It was me Wibble, I meant dancing on 'E' pills which used to be MDMA, I also meant it like people take stims and dance all night long therefor a mile skip, I don't think, will do much damage.

Of course heavy exercise on stims is a bad idea but what the question asked about skipping a mile, I don't think that will hurt when you compare it to all the ravers :)

I'm really perplexed over all these heart worries. Both me and my mate who have taken it a couple of times now both felt that there was something unusual about our heart the days following (we only took 250mg bombed each time).

I'd mentioned the reports on here about people feeling oddly about their hearts before we took it, so we may have been expecting it to the point that we were really looking for it, expecting it. I've taken my blood pressure and heart rate multiple times since and it's always been completely normal but I still feel a bit tense and often have the impression my heart is beating faster than usual.

Weird :?

I've got another couple of friends who want to give it a try and I'm considering not telling them about all the potential dangers and such as a sort of control experiment. But I think that might be somewhat immoral. :|
