Im quite certain that there is a difference in effect though. For me at least.

A line of the crystal stuff snorted gives me a huge wave of euphoria every time. It really does hit me like a train. Whereas the same doseage of the fluffy stuff doesnt replicate the effects. Still gives a lovely buzz, but it's not the same.
 
I dont understand why people need benzos to come down off a drug. Thats what you got the weed for! Have tried vals once, after loads of coke and pills, but dont see how people can get addicted to something like that tbh. I far preffer drugs that get me up buzzing, nalking tonsence and properly cunted! =D the whole reason i have 5g of mephedrone on da waay!

+1!!! :D Although never tried to use benzos. When i was a wee young raver, weed and whiskey was all you needed!! :D
 
benzos and booze are a class way to continue a session rather than abort it in my experience, had some really stupid/fun next day adventures with this combo.
 
^ aye I don't smoke weed anymore but I've always found a few beers to be perfect for the mephedrone comedown. Infact I prefer to just stay up all night and the next evening have some drinks and then get a good nights sleep. Forcing myself to go to sleep and then wake up after a few hours always made me feel shite.

Mind you, would be kind of reassuring to have a few benzos in the house for emergencies after my experience last weekend with the whole going to hospital for a panic attack thing.

Because when i've had enough and I want to give my body, (and mind) a much needed rest, valium gets me to sleep without being sat up in bed still twitching and looking at taking some more MDMA. Of course I can come down naturally, but i'd much rather have a good quality of sleep and let my immune system do it's ever so marvelous job of keeping bugs at bay.

Personally i'd rather not go on a rampage, taking 30 pills in a night and doing it all over again the next day.

GBL is a good way to abort a mephedrone session for sure, but I found it makes me wake up after 4 hours or so and if I got out of bed then I felt really ill.
 
I doubt your body is resting or healing itself very well while you're under the influence of benzos and MDMA/meph metabolites and the neurochemical cascade aftereffects that the MDMA/meph has produced.

I disagree.

Depending on when you last dosed, and accoring the the half life of whatever substance you have taken, the remnants of the substance should be all but leaving your body. Obviously the benzo is still having an effect, but nothing that would stop your body resting enough to repair any damage or build immunity.
 
Mugabe has been on benzos for years, and I believe is supposed to be tapering. Taking a stimulant without his usual benzo dose would probably be quite an unwise move.

Benzos negatively effect your sleeping patterns (that's why they came up with Ambien) and REM sleep cycle, and sleep irregularities often cause immunosuppression. MDMA also causes immunosuppression. I can't imagine taking a benzo and passing out is going to give your body and brain any kind of recuperative 'rest'. It's just buying you time so you don't have to face consciousness until the comedown has gone away some.
 
So.. I'm thinking about getting some for the upcoming festival season, is the common concensus it's a good festival drug? I don't wanna be on a huge comedown for most of a festival so was wondering if it's the kind of thing I should take on the last night or something that'll fit quite snuggly with other concoctions?
 
^ Not much of a comedown man! Snorting it ruins my nose the next day tho! If you stick to bombing it and dont do too much theres no comedown. Even going totally overboard i've never felt half as bad a comedown as i've had of doing too much MDMA.. or worse still speed 8)

Mate benzos are essential. No one does drugs these days without benzos, well only numpties. ;)

You can either comedown hard and fast, sit about over stimulated, feeling edgy, para, twitch, sketched out etc or bosh some benzos and get a carry out in and feel absolutely fucking super, chilled out, relaxed, comfortable and oh so happy and slowly but surely drift into a nice long relaxing sleep. Aye benzos why does anyone bother? 8) :p :D

Weed is horrible, smoking is digusting I can only imagine trying to smoke on a raging comedown. Ugh! :|

Obviously no one is using benzos to get buzzing but you'll certainly talk enough nonsense and end up properly cunted if you take enough benzos, chuck some booze in there too and you'll be on cloud cuckoo land.

The feeling you get as your coming down and you bosh a valium and get some booze in you is immense. Definitely can be loads of fun.
 
When I get back from work tomorrow he'll still be wired and posting in here. :D
