Mephedrone Megathread - Second Line

It's strange - sometimes it seems that it kicks even harder on the second day, but for me the hangover clearly isn't worth that :\


I'm going to see Aphex Twin this week and I planned to do 2 or 3 (~70mg each) lines of meph and some beers for the pre-program (Luke Vibert!) and about 200mg methylone for Aphex (maybe accompanied by another line of meph when i come up). Recommendable?
 
Hey guys! Been reading this thread and the other megathread and felt I just had to jump in to all the chat...

Fairly new to Meph. My mate came round, hadn't seen him in a couple of months and about the first thing he asked was to borrow my mirror 8) Didn't take him long to convince me to try insufflating a cheeky line. At a guess it can't have been more than 20mg. Got epic dripback and tasted horrible but I got really talkative, felt really on top of things. Went pretty quickly though. My friend then suggested I try bombing some but I didn't like the idea of it taking half an hour or so to come on only to realise I'd bombed too much. So had a couple more lines followed by much water and tea to help with taste. Just a repeat of my first experince but it lasted a little longer, seemed pretty good.

Tried it again and got a lot of jaw grinding but the batch didn't give me dripback at all. Meant to try and not do too much and try and sleep but I never got to bed until 7am :!

My most recent experience was the best one though! Got another 1g between us. Must have been about 2 weeks later. When the meph arrived it looked much better, the crystally batch you guys were talking about. Took 3 lines and then went out to my mates flat. First time out the flat on meph. WOW! It felt so strange. I just felt at one with everthing and my perception of surroundings was amazing. It hit me so much more than higher doses had the week before, so I figured I must have slowly built a tolerence re-dosing with lots of small amounts. At my friends flat I then discovered just how fiendish meph can be... sat chopping a few lines (I find this really makes it much easier on nose/sinuses) and made around 5 lines. I quickly disposed of them and then another 1, 2 and 3... Didn't get any grinding surprisngly and couldn't feel my heart rate too much like other times. Went home and actually felt tired within a couple of hours and slept for ages. Woke up feeling exhausted though. (may add I'd been drinking and smoking weed the previous 2 nights and had very little sleep)

Overall it's got to be a thumbs up for meph. Got another batch coming this weekend although my regular sources are both out. Was recommended it by one of the other sources though, so hopefully it is not too bad. Going to try and avoid re-dosing too much and see if I can avoid a comedown. Also considering bombing instead to see what that is like. Could say much more on meph but this post is long enough =D
 
posted this in the other megathread but this is worth a shot too...

what's the effect of mixing (either, literally mixing, or taking in combination with) this with methylone? anyone tried this combination, if so what'd be a good ratio?

Yup. Was more like four nights than two - and also the intervening days too - though. As far as chasing highs goes it works better than most things but definitelty diminishing returns. By the fourth day it was mostly sending me to sleep oddly enough.

depends on how much you raged on the first night i guess and how much sleep you got or if you've eaten anything lately.

in my experience (and ive been using meph somewhat frequently recently)i did it two nights in a row and i at first got the "rush" and all was well but then i crashed hard (did L and loons night before and didnt sleep) and cried alot and felt sick and dizzy from lack of nutrients so i wont do that again if i plan on taking the meph. but anyway i actually redosed a couple hours later and had a bangin time!!! i think the moral of the story is to just know your limits and make sure you take care of your body if you're gonna get it done and done.

Doubt anyone will reply to this in time... just got some more meph. and I am enjoying it :D

I have looked through all the info. on this but right now I can't seem to bring any of it to the front of my mind. I remember Methylone and Alcohol isn't a great combo... what about Meph.? Won't be drinking excessively but ...

i think the meph is a bit like coke, seems like one of those drugs that goes well with drink! would agree methylone doesnt
 
I just got some mephedrone that in my view was blatently cut heavily. There was offwhite dust that llooks like mephedrone I've had before, and then all these little rocks of pure white stuff that looks like fragments of chalk. :X

I can't of any other explanation for why there are 2 different colours of stuff, I've definately never seen mephedrone that looked like pure white lumps of chalk before. Wish I'd taken a photo now but I've just used the lot since yesterday...
 
was it off an online vendor or just someone shadey locally thats cutting it? i was very unhappy with some of the stuff another vendor had when my usual supplier of the crystally stuff was out!

online. I bought from the guy a while back once and wasnt happy with it then either.
 
use a different vendor, there's loads out there and the ones with dodgy stuff fade away fairly quickly

to be honest I can't be arsed with the stuff anymore, been dabbling with some psychedelics recently for the first time in maybe 2 years, and thats made me realise what a pointless shallow un-constructive experience mephedrone is. Getting this cut weak crap has just fucked me off with the whole thing, that wasn't a new vendor on the scene either. The stuff before was crap but now it looks like hes bulking it out to stretch his stocks or something. There are better drugs out there.
 
Sometimes though if you beak up big crystals of powder, they'll have a different consistency/colour than the rest of the batch. Don't be too hasty to jump to conclusions.

I'd be interested to hear more about why you like mixing both.

I've tried 2cb and mephedrone and it seemed like a nice combo. Made the mephedrone feel slightly deeper and trippier in the way that it seems to lack slightly compared to MDMA. Also seemed to lessen the sudden drop from the mephedrone high when that started to wear off.

I kept the dose of 2cb low (took about 8mg twice throughout the mephedrone experience). What doses have you tried with this combo?

I've not really got enough experience with mephedrone to be exactly sure of the effects of mixing with 2cb though, which is why i'd like to hear more from you.
 
Mephedrone certainly is lacking something but it is not bad at all.
The best chemical I have tried besides MDMA anyway.

I really do not like Hallucinogens at all. I can get foxy and shrooms but don't like them.

What I really crave is the loved up feeling but Meph does not quite get me there although I tried a larger dose last night, 500mg in a shot glass and wow I got a good hit.
Much preferred the experience than from 250mg.
