Mephedrone Megathread: Fourth Redose

It'd probably sooner just get banned rather than wait for years of testing to determine what short/long term toxic effects could be.

If you haven't already maybe have a peek at the How toxic is Mephedrone thread over in ADD, they know their stuff over there :)
 
people that take this stuff every day are fucking idiots, as are people that take stupid amounts like bombing a gram and whatever. doing it once a week is bad enough. saying that i haven't done it for a couple of weeks but might have a little bit tonight ontop of some booze
 
did some last night, felt wicked, got a bad headache awhile afterwards though
 
Euggh. I was supposed to be getting some of this stuff today.

Actually it might be here. But my nose is extremely blocked and I dont wanna see other people in the house because they'll figure out I've been taking drugs, :|

Had the last of mine at a little sesh with some mates and beers last night, I'm not buying it again though - just the occasional bit of M1 now.
 
I just snorted it for the first time this morning and it hurt like hell. Tbh, it was fucking horrible. :! I diluted the rest, 10ml of water per gram. Seems to be a more effective/pleasant roa.

Actually, does anyone know the best roa? I've tried snorting and plugging with little luck, oral seems to be the way to go. What does everyone else think?

Oh and I definitely recommend having a few drinks with the meph, helps to prolong the high i've found.

Been a while since I poked my head in here... nice to see that people are still taking large quantities of untested psychoactives on a weekly or daily basis :|

I think I have tried this - one personal experience with this so far has been 250mg snorted in around 50mg lines over a period of 5 or 6 hours. Was some confusion as to if it was methylone or mephedrone (the two names are confusingly close, no?). Being the intrepid explorer, I investigated anyway. It didn't have the strong smell and unpleasant taste I remember from methylone, and the effects seemed more like those reported for mephedrone.

Pleasant, but nothing amazing to write home about. I guess I can see the appeal when decent MDMA is scarce and most pills seem to be piperazine based. But reading the ADD thread makes me not keen to make it a regular thing. H

These beta-keto's all seem to be a bit funny eh? I don't know what bk-MDBD is like, but methylone and mephedrone are just kind of "meh". Doses large enough to produce really nice effects seem to be outweighed by the negatives. Did I hear some mutterings somewhere of bk-2C-B and bk-DOB?

I took mephedrone for the first time today. Around midday I bombed about 150mg and about twenty minutes later I felt a mildly pleasant warmth,so I snorted 100mg.Painful as fuk,but within 2mins it hit me like a shovel.It's 5pm now and I've been bombing 100mg every 45mins or so, not getting as good a skelp off it.Thinking I should increase the dosage.Usually speed is my drug of choice but lately it's been hard to get a bit with decent potency that's why I got mephedrone.
 
100mg bombed probably isn't enough to give you a good boost mate. Snorted it would.

If you are doing bombs do 200mg - 250mg

But if you have been taking loads all day just be careful how much you are taking now, not much is known about the drug remember....just a bit of harm reduction there :)
 
That's not a problem:Tits,Bums and Fannies usually seem to counter any constriction...... of the Boa region,at least!!!!

Yep there's such a thing as cumulative toxicity that can occur from the build up of toxic(ish) metabolites that last a lot longer (have a half life) that the parent compound eg ketamine & norketamine. As bugger all is known about it's metabolism (that 4-methyl group totally eliminates the possibility of metabolism by para-hydroxylation of the benzene ring a la amphetamine), so there's a possibilty of a long lived metabolite; the tachycardia that persists way past the (wanted) effects of the drug could be indicating such

Thinking you should call it a day with the meph for the reason given above. Dosing in a manner you've mentioned is a sure fire way ro find out if it's metabolized to an ugly metabolite with a long half life, with potentially disasterous results

In light of this, makes the above behaviour even more foolhardy/dangerous as you have no idea how you will react to a normal dose, never mind from adding an extra 100mg every 45 mins for god knows how long



PS If you feel ill tomorrow, I'd stay quiet as after the above I don't think there'll be a lot of sympathy for mephedrone piggyness
