Mephedrone Megathread: Five heart attacks later...

Take any complaints about moddery to PM please - this is not the place. Discussion of bulk price and synthesis is not allowed and that was mostly what that post consisted of alongside some rather suspect theories and "revelations", I believe. I suspect that is why it is no more.
 
your post was filled with bulk discussion and full on bullshit. ground up coffee and caffeine is not what we're talking about here anyway is it? You're not from europe or africa I take it? your coffee theories added nothing to discussion here :).
 
You europeans have only exploded meph in the last year or so.
The scene and the main people behind it commercially have been doing it ince 2002 mate in other countries.
 
I've done about 50g over the last 4 months.
Has anybody else experienced hearing problems such as tinnitus etc?
When i first got the tinnitus i though a mosquito was stalking me for a week till i realised it was in my head. i've not had any meph for 3 weeks now and i still get the strange ringing in my ears. but it only seems to happen when i try to notice it. i experienced audial hallucinations while on it such as constant chattering. i think it's just my brain misinterpreting(sp?) certain sounds combined with paranoia.

The point is that the coffee meph you were talking about never made it to here and neorganics were never very big here so the information you gave didn't really apply and in context was misleading. All the vendors here seem to get powder/crystal from chinese factories (probably the same ones as each other) and it all seems to mephedrone, not that frankenmix of chemicals.
 
Hehe. Famous last words there. After caning 50g in 4 months (?!?) I'm surprised tinnitus is your only concern. You may be well advised to lay off the stuff a bit - your heart will thank you and will be less likely to fall apart in a few years.

Think I got something similar a while after Meph use. Unless my mind was occupied it was like I could hear the same thing over and over in my head until I got up and did something to take my mind off it. Very odd
 
I left a gram of the 'fluffy' clumpy stuff out in the open for three days. After that it stopped smelling so much, and had pretty much turned into the dryer crystally stuff. So I think that they are pretty much the same thing, just one seems damper than the other. Maybe its just been rushed through its synthesis and not left to dry properly? Cant imagine what it is thats evaporating though, hopefully just a small amount of water or something.

Evidence? I have seen no evidence of meph being around what-so-ever before 2006, at the very earliest.
 
bit of a mephedrone war going on between some students in Leeds at the moment, the price has officially dropped to £10 a gram! don't like it anymore though, proper depressing comedown, also apparently its quite neurotoxic :(
 
cardiotoxic is the worry rather than neurotoxic, doesn't seem to be much different neurotoxicitywise from any other similar drugs does it?
 
dunno, left my head feeling battered and also felt much more 'low' than I would have after MDMA or even speed.. seems fine if you only do a bit, but doing 0.5g + seems to give me a shite morning, even though its amazing fun while its going strong
 
hehe I don't think you can really guess comparative neurotoxicity by the strength of your comedown ;) there's too many factors. I find that it's comedown is almost non-existant compared to MDMA at similar levels of dosing, a gram of MDMA would certainly leave me more sore than a gram of mephedrone.
 
^ really? mephedrone comedown seemed to come on really quick and last quite a while, could easily do half a g of good mdma and feel great the next day, but half a g of meph leaves me feeling actually depressed not to mention really dehydrated and braindead

only mentioned it being neurotoxic as that's what a mate told me on friday, even if its not it still leaves me feeling shit.. maybe it was because I mixed it with a random pill that I felt so bad this saturday morning :D
