Mephedrone in Taiwan?

I was wondering if anyone was aware of the legal status of Mephedrone in Taiwan?

I haven't come across it, but various places online claim to ship to Taiwan. And due to the relatively recent genesis in popularity of Mephedrone, I was wondering if maybe it wasn't illegal here yet? Can't find anything online about legality, although im aware China have made it so.

Yes I saw that article, and was kinda assuming that indeed it must be illegal, but also figured that if it was officially illegal then maybe there would be more documentation on it, hoping perhaps that it had slipped under the radar despite his recommendation.

Lots of websites claiming to post this excellent plant feed to Taiwan, but as you say, worth playing it cautious bearing in mind the location.
 
^ You could try emailing the Ministry for Justice or DOH and obtaining a copy of the schedule of restricted and illegal substances. Here in Australia you can email the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) and obtain a copy, or it may be on their website now. You could also just email the Ministry for Justice and ask them if mephedrone is scheduled. :)

Even if it was technically legal (which I doubt) you could still encounter a pretty inconvenient situation if cops were to find a random white powder on you in a baggie, you never know how long you may be detained for while they determine what the contents of said powder is, if they wanted to be dicks I am sure they could hold you for atleast a day or two...

or a few months.... (Liked they did with that 14yo kid with buds in Thailand) I know the laws aint similar but I wouldnt want to find out the hard way.
