Mephedrone and promethazine safe

anyone know if taking promethazine(phenegran) is okay after taking meph? would like to get some sleep and calm the nerves, no benzos available, is promethazine a viable option that wont make me sick or kill me?

nobody? anyone have any remedies for the chest tightness?

not sure bout the promethazine with mephedrone cuz i have no experience with mephedrone but a home remedy for chest tightness is ginger ale, honey, lemon juice mixed and warmed up in the microwave and drink.. i always do it when i have chest congestion so it might help with tightness. worth a shot if you have nothing else
