So after looking around I have had no luck finding a definite answer to my question, (or even anecdotal evidence of the same situation) and information I have seen is old.
Can anyone tell me whether taking Mephedrone a few days prior to taking MDMA has a noticeable effect on the MDMA experience?
Theory would suggest it should, as MDMA does also cause Dopamine to fly into the mesolimbic pathway, as Cortisol tries to suppress Serotonin, correct? But whether the lower levels of Dopamine due to the Mephedrone a few days prior would give a noticeable effect is what I am unsure of.
I am soon going to be rolling (around April) for my first time in about 6 or 7 months, and so I don't really want it to be affected, I would like it to be the best it would be, but as far as my Easter plans have worked out, with time off and such, it looks like I'd be doing Mephedrone in the same week as the MDMA, or the week before it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
