Stimulants Mephedrone after Valium (or Tramadol - 2 different people)

Hello!

I couldn't find any satisfactory answers for this question when searching, so thought I'd ask.

My buddy and I had a night of excess (multiple types of drugs). I took 50mg of Valium to try and promote sleep (I have a crazy-high tolerance to benzos; it only relaxed me slightly) and my friend took 200mg of Tramadol. Sleep didn't happen, but we're now feeling pretty normal (ish) and awake, so are just going to carry on with our day as usual.

How safe would taking mephedrone be now, considering that we've taken benzos and opoids (separately)? I know that it's not a GOOD idea, but I was wondering if anyone had any specific information on interactions, or how safe it might be. I'm erring on the side of caution, hence the reason for posting this thread.

Update (even though it's many months later!): we did the mephedrone anyway because we're a pair of fuckheads. It wasn't the wisest idea (I mean, when is mephedrone ever really a wise idea? we were pretty messy!) but nothing bad happened other than messing up our sleep schedules even worse.

I can't say for sure that it's safe, but in this isolated incident, it was fine.
