Memento Mori

Hey, just a question about the movie "Memento".
It was based on a short story by Christopher Nolan's brother Jonah called "Memento Mori", and was later published in Esquire Magazine and was on the Memento DVD.
My questioon is, does anyone have this story? I would really like to read it, but the Memento DVD I own has virtually no special features, especially not the story, and I have never touched an Esquire magazine in my life
