When describing colours on the web, a commonly used standard is RGB (stands for red green blue) and is denoted by a 6 character code.
Sky Blue for example is 6699FF

Another colour index is a pantone code, light blue for example is 2915.

In terms of a name for a rave, how about 6699FF
