Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre researchers are currently conducting a study to examine trends in ecstasy and other drug use (eg. speed, crystal meth, cocaine, ketamine and GHB). This research is part of an Australia-wide study, the Illicit Drug Reporting System.
The study involves an interview that takes about 60 minutes to complete. All interviews are strictly confidential and anonymous. Topics covered in the interviews include the participant's drug use, the price, purity and availability of various drugs, and the perceived benefits and risks associated with the use of the various drugs.
Please contact Jenn on 8413 8417, 0413 355 890 or [email protected] for further information or to arrange an interview time.
This is all part of the same Illicit Drug Reporting System study that is being done nationally, same as the Tasmanian and Perth ones.
I urge anyone who has time to do this as it will be worth your while.
