would anyone have some tickets to sell (cheaper than if i bought them through a booking agent??? i'm looking for two....asking here cos i'm so incredibly poor i can hardly afford to go.
the reason i'm going is cos my best friend is up from tassie and i want to show her a big party.
due to lack of funds my bf already cant go so if anyone can help out please pm me!!

So what's the deal re: a good old fashioned BL Meetup!
I'm heading along to *another* big commercial event after avoiding them for so long, and quite frankly it just wouldn't be the same without some random BL people to play with.
 
Ok here is my preliminary breakdown of my night:

11:30-12:30 - Steve Strangis + Mark James
12:30-1:30 - Compound

That looks ok, but pissed i can't see more....too many of the main names on @ the same times....i guess it is hard to cater for diverse musical taste....

BTW, pretty fucked about no Vodafone, and artists as big as BB + SK being crammed into the function rooms....

But i guess BK was in one of those function rooms last year, and it rocked...I wonder how BK will sound in the main arena :\

Ah noobs, gotta love em :)

For sure bro, i'd say more than half the people there will be in phats, about another 30% in some sort of party gear and then 20% either muzzas, princesses (muzza girlfriends) or jaded ravers (just listen out for the people complaining about the quality of the sound and comments like "when i used to go out raving..." ;))

I'm still to design my shirt for the event, but i'll be wearin my phats...see you at the (yet to be organised) meetup!

Well... from what I read Ravesafe are definitely going to be there this year (that's an idea Future!) to make a possible meet-up easier if someone wanted to organise that... ;)

I would describe it as: about half will be in phat pants from the waist down and the other half will be in SKIN-TONE FLESH from the waist up.

=D Ahh... big Future parties. What would partying in Melbourne be without them?
 
Who is everyone else seeing? I wanna see other peoples timetables for the night, if you do that sorta thing, and hear some reviews/stories about some of the djs/acts.....

Anyone seen Eddie Halliwell before? I'm curious...
 
got my tickets....with some help from my friend who's comin with me.

blowin out its next weekend. still dont think i'll be checkin out anyone in particular cos there's no one "gotta see" going. so i'll be trekkin around and maybe even dancing (wow).

keep an eye out for the chick in the killer green phatties and fleuro "raver bondage" bikini halter thingy.

Does anyone have a ticket their trying to get rid of for this? A friend of mine is after one but doesn't wanna pay the outrageous price that future is asking...

^^ 1:30 ish is also best for me....thats the only slot of the night where there is someone i can not miss.....Eddie Halliwell + Jono Fernandez are on then, but I can miss about 20min or so of their sets....

BTW, no one you MUST see?? If you're up for some dancin your ass off, Benny B will provide the funk, BK will provide the hard, Steve Strangis will provide the float, and Sander K will provide the funk, float and darkness :)
