come into Bakers Delight Prahran and I'll show you the nicest Panne Di Casa you've ever eaten fresh from the oven every single morning :)
 
put me down for hogs breath cafe @ knox fatz. i think thats the easiest choice, and the meals there are at least semi-decent priced. im worried if we go to a fancy steakhouse it will be about $40 for a meal :)
 
It will be, but at least the food will be of excellent quality :)
 
Im actually beginning to have some form of social life on weekends now- Id like to plan other events AROUND the food appreciation thing..so maybe a rough date soonish???

Remember FaTz - - - there are bluelighters involved. I've been told they need a bit of extra time to make up last minute lame ass excuses as to why they didn't come. :p

But yes, in all seriousness let's get this party started! :) I'm dead keen. Bring on the barbecued meat!

I'm not having a go KK but considering we have mongolian bbq and a moroccan soup kitchen as well as italian, indian, mexican, north african and nepalese on the list - NONE of which I would consider fancy and or anywhere in the vicinity of pricey, maybe it would be nice for us to be fancy once?

I don't see any need to organise a special outing to eat pub food - as tasty as I recognize it is :\

But yeah fatz, if you're gonna take control, then take it.

And I still disagree with these being held at lunch time. I would infinitely prefer most of these things for dinner, and I still think a few won't be open for lunches...but hey, that's just me. haha. :)

i might just organise a seperate pub type thingy meet up :)
i dont know many different types of food that all.
but im happy to go and experience and we can do teh pub thing some other time, as the "alcohol and greasy food appreciation society" :) hell yeah!
*as an aside we should have an booze apprecaition club and go to different pubs etc. (grape grazing anyone?)
 
I am confuzzled...are we having a sunday brunch that is mongolian BBQ or is it at a pub? What about an Irish pub that also does a sunday brunch Mongolian BBQ?

+1 on the pub meal KK- hopefully they have a beef and guiness pie and mash on the menu.

As for the fancy thing, I think teppinyaki can get pricey, but Ive only been to the Perth restaurants, I would presume they have the same set menu deals over here.
