Due to illness, Anthony Rother will not be appearing at Two Tribes. He has been ill the past few weeks and last night was our deadline for his parties flights to Adelaide. As this is a large festival with many acts, these things happen and we do apologize and are working on alternative dates for Rother later in the year.

i hate to say it, but hardware always have massive cancellations, not enough money on offer maybe???.....but i guess if mr rother is genuinely sick, then they're is nothin they can do.

After prioritising, i've decided to see prodigy, then spend a good 5 hrs or so in godskitchen for signum (big clash), JJ, m.i.k.e (better play "a strange world") and rank 1 (woot)......with a few adventures elsewhere including the plastikman for a bit, dave seamen for a lil' definitely!, GM-flash for a bit if i can slot it in? and dj hyper for some breaks......and of course a ferris wheel ride or two.

as for close, i just dunno...just see how i feel come 6 am in the morning i guess ;) Probably sean quinn (fav local) :D or if i'm still rockin, hellraiser....perhaps midro if he's playing what i wanna hear?

fun will be had by all =D

If I am a popular DJ and I am really sick..... I rather not perform to a crowd of thousands and fuck up my recognition, performance and reputation.

I would rather miss perfroming this time; so that all my fans will be hanging on for a AWESOME big performance during my next visit. Don't you guys think so? Why would I wreck up my reputation and perform poorly when I am sick? When I perform, I would want to give my fans 100%!!!!

Wouldn't you guys agree?

One or other DJs suddenly come down with a mysterious illness, be it syphilis, ear infections, AIDS, missing a flightitis or other similar shit.

Its beyond a joke now.
Rother was most likely not going to come in the first place.

After Sander Kleinenberg "pulled out at the last minute" from GK last year due to a "burst ear drum" i was devasted....i checked everywhere SK related on the net, including on his official website....never a mention of it anywhere....

Now, what do people think really happened? Future sucks the corporate cock....however, like my shirt said at last years two tribes: Future may suck cock but these djs still rock.

Funny - only future have DJs being sick, and then normally only during TT. Everyone else seems to do fine when they bring someone down.
 
Since we're apparently ALL going to see Prodigy, and it's on so bloody early....

...should we try and do the obligatory "meet-up" actually inside that arena somewhere, maybe 20mins or so before they start???

Don't know about the rest of you, but I'm going to try and get in there around 11ish or maybe earlier(which will probably mean ariving at TT at 10!!) to avoid the inevitable lock-out.

Its not like you solely bought your ticket to see Rother is it? Suck it up people...Shit happens, suck it up and take pleasure in everything else...Hate future all you want, maybe Rother just didn't want to come - ever think of that? OR MAYBE HE REALLY AND PLAINLY IS JUST ILL!!!! I think that if Future was advertising that he'd be there when they hadn't booked him, he might have something to say about it...A few thousand fans expecting him to be somewhere he never wanted to be can't be good...I think he was booked, but just got sick...Get over your conspiracy theories about future and their evil plots to sell more tickets...Rother just fell ill...Shit happens...At least Prodigy are still coming and all the other big acts, so stop sulking over it and grow up - yeh you guys were excited, but you still got a good night to look foward to...
