Do any of these block the effect of MDMA? Forgot to add Chamomile Extract

they might not block the effects, but they will definitely change the roll. you may not feel it, you may go to sleep, you may have a great time. idk what your tolerance is to GABA-type drugs, but all of those substances you listed are sedating and MDMA is a stimulant. it depends on dose and individual body chemistry

Can you stop taking them for a day or two unlike antidepressants where you have to wait weeks up to months to feel any effect

I mean not taking it with MDMA but the night before.

Also, the amounts in these pills are very low. Melatonin 3mg, L-Theanine 25mg, Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) 25mg, Proprietary Herbal Blend- Chamomile Extract & Valerian Extract 8.5mg

you may have insomnia and anxiety. how many pills are you taking daily?

Insomnia & anxiety from? I have only taken Zyprexa for 7 days at 5mg. I will be off Zyprexa for four days on friday.

insomnia and anxiety from not taking your supplements

gaba is the system responsible for relaxation. benzos like xanax and vallium are gaba receptor agonists (not saying you take them, just for an idea of what gaba does). when your body has less gaba activation than its used to it will be less relaxed. by taking gaba supplements and valerian root, you make your body used to higher than normal gaba activation

melatonin is the hormone responsible for regulating your sleep cycle. when you take it regularly, your body learns to rely on the supplement to fall asleep.

you forgot to mention that you were taking zyprexa. it has quite a long half life, it may still be in your system when you roll, but not in any major amounts that would effect the roll.

if you were taking these supplements for a long enough time that they make you feel normal instead of sleepy, or prevent withdrawal symptoms from the zyprexa, then keep doing it. they might help with any pre-roll anxiety without adversely effecting the roll too much. you could also try taking half doses of the supplements. also, they are all safe to take after the roll when youre ready to fall asleep. mixing mdma with melatonin might give some realllly weird dreams though

No insomnia or anxiety as I have only taken the supplements once about a week ago.

Thanks for the info on Melatonin, didn't know about that.

Yes the half life of Zyprexa is but i've only taken it for seven days, tomorrow will be four days since i've been off it so i'm hoping it doesn't effect things. Id rather not take Zyprexa felt as though its stuffed my memory, unless it's the piracetam i've stopped taking because i've run out, who knows.
