Summary of this whole thread:
The idea behind this diet, is that because mdma releases serotonin, the mission is to regenerate your serotonin at a higher rate. To do this naturally, you can increase tryptophan intake (by eating the foods on that list) and also eat carbohydrates/starches with these foods.
For example:
Banana and oat smoothie (peanut butter optional) + Crisp sandwich
Beans on toast with free range eggs fried or boiled
Tuna pasta salad
Pizza (cheese and bread)
I had to share this, because i found even 100mg was giving me 3-4 hours experience and ive taken mdma like 16 times maybe more and i was spacing it out around 40-60 days, but only taking 1 dose.
The smiles and euphoria and empathy i was getting was unreal every time, but i really noticed an increased experience when i waited 63 days.

I did this a while ago..
I think i ate around 600grams of Dark chocolate, 60% solid in the course of 2 days.
Then i ate about 200grams that morning too....
I had the best roll on mdma (7th time) and it was same stuff id used before, so it werent the substance...??

Anyone else wanna give this a try or have they already? 8)
