Sam - I have read through your diet and this thread thoroughly. I must say im extremely interested in this now as well. Never have I tried eating dark chocolate in the days before rolling. In fact, I hardly ever eat dark chocolate. Like once every couple months... maybe... I do like it though, just never get it.
I just stopped at rite aid and picked up a bag of Lindt 60%'s, 144g total. I plan to space that out over the next couple days since I plan on rolling on friday night (depends on if we can find something other than meth bombs)

but I'm curious if it will enhance the MDA too?

I think that the body is a clever thing, in the sense that when it needs a nutrient or w/e i believe that if your body is functioning well that it will make you crave a food that has it in. So for example, if you are lacking in potassium you will crave bananas.
I see a study on ecstasy users, saying that they crave dark chocolate. I think that eating dark chocolate (Source of Tryptophan) and crisps/ potato chips for you US people haha, is a combo that is great for helping to recover lost serotonin.
However,
There is a time after taking mdma, where your body needs to repair its receptors, so for 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 30 days (Everyone seems to vary on this) your serotonin level is pretty much at standstill, until the receptors repair and you start taking in tryptophan, converting it and producing serotonin again.
been eating dark chocolate a lot lately and i noticed it has had some effect on the weed buzz as well. had a joint the other night and the buz just felt so much nicer more chiled and i actually strated to get the giggles on weed which i not had in a long time. it was like being stoned for the first time. i'm not a heavy smoker anyway not like i used to be just on and off these days but it defnately felt different.

Just looked at your e-diet. Most of the foods you have on there are already a staple in my daily diet. Eggs, chicken, fish, whey protein, etc... Would it be safe to say that eating a clean diet (free of proceessed foods, preservaties, etc...) will enhance your E?
It's been a while since I rolled, but when I have I allways space about 2-3 months a part, sometimes longer. I keep my clean diet, get sun or go tanning, excersise, etc... and I allways have a good roll. (this is comparing the last 3-5 years to the 1st couple of years I started E and did not eat the way I do now)
Interesting on the dark chocolate. I allways pick the dark since it is better for you than milk chocolate anyway.![]()
