Open Discussion [MEGA] Mobile version of Bluelight?

full site ran perfectly on the iPhone. Id probably get used to the mobile version but id rather just keep using the regular site.
 
mobile site wouldnt load ofr me...the main page did when i first went to the site but everything after that didnt work..it says the page loads but the screen just stays blank..i did now know there was 2 mobile versions until right now so i will try the ptehr version right now and see how it works

i will post back on the results after

and from what it seems "mobile site..lite" seems to work but its hard to get at

i have to go to bluelight and it opens on the normal mobile page, i have to seitch over to the normal full site, then scrll to the bottom and change it to moble-lite..now obviously i havent messed around on hte moble -lite site buti did notice there is no multi-quote which sucks

so since im already on the comp im not gonna keep mesing around on the phone with this site but ill play wth it more tomorrow and post back

Some feedback was given about this in EADD. I thought I would post it here too seeing as EADDers rarely venture out ;)

Fixed.

Quotes now work on click.

Multi-quote requires you to select each post, then click "Reply to Thread".

Tambo: I type a reply to a thread, then I hit Post Quick Reply, and it just does nothing. I have to refresh, paste the reply back in, then hit send. Then it goes. Can't see any reason it would be the stock Android browser. Cheers for the help.
 
Now using Firefox, as I can't use Chrome on this version of Android. (Plus the sync features are amazing) Seems to be working fine. Thanks, mate. There's a little celebration of your efforts going on in the 'and back again' thread, in EADD. :)
 
I have another Bluelight related grievance. The NSFW tags don't work. When I tap Show, it does nothing. :(
 
^ Is that while using the same system and browser as listed in your post above this one?
 
Treacle, thanks for raising this (and linking back to EADD, bless ya).

Replicated in Chrome, Firefox and IE on both NSFW and SPOILER tags.

Neither of these two are core BB code (they're custom which we add in and maintain), which is probably why they're not working.

I suspect it won't be a straightforward fix. But I'll take a look at this some time this weekend.
 
I don't have a smart phone, but on my slide LG phone with sprint service works well with the mobile version. Its helped speed up my ability browse and use BL even with a non-fancy phone with very limited speeds.
 
May be a whack ass question apologize in advanced but must you befriend someone before pms are allowed to be sent? Only options I have to interact with people are viewing profiles and then adding them or to quote their post.
