I heard vitamin C is good to preload with before you roll, I also take an ECA stack (ephedrine caffiene and aspirin) as a workout supplement each day but I read something about it depleting your adrenal glands? Will this cause a problem with rolling?

Since mdma works on norepineprine, dopamine and serotonin you should be ok, but if your worried, why not just stop takin the preworkout?
I preload, piracetam & magnesium, and post load with piracetam, 5htp, omega3 fish oil & 1000 mgs of acai as an antioxidant.

yuppp ephedrine and caffeine arent so friendly to your adrenal glands. it might cause a problem because like SoCal said, MDMA works with serotonin, dopamine and epinephrine. ephedrine and caffeine deplete epinephrine stores and i think caffeine has something to do with serotonin but i cant remember:!

i preload with VitaminC, green tea extract, magnesium, fish oil, quercetin and
B-vitamins.

preloading with vitaminC might dampen your roll if your using ascorbic acid. because it makes the stomach more acidic, and amphetamines arent absorbed as well in an acidic environment. (justtt so you know:))

I have a few piracatem pills, what is the best to preload before rolling and you drop on an empty stomach?
 
Optimum timing and dose of magnesium for MDMA/ ecstasy gurning?

Magnesium definitely helps the gurns, but what dose do you find has worked best for you? And do you take it before you drop, or at the same time?

What about another dose at the end of the night? Sometimes I feel as though my jaw actually aches MORE if I take more magnesium before I sleep!
 
Make sure you take a good form of magnesium.

I advise either magnesium citrate, orotate, or glycine.

Albion glycinate would probably be preferable.

The BA of most store bought magnesium ( it's usually all magnesium oxide ) is utter shit and almost not even worth taking.

The amount you would take would heavily depend on the form of it you are taking.
It requires a little bit of math and insight into how much you normally get.

Did you take a good source of it and not just cheap storebought stuff? Even the expensive stuff a lot of times is oxide and simply doesn't get absorbed. Last time it was discussed on IMMINST I believe people were saying the BA for magnesium oxide was about 4% for the average person. Worthless.

There's a perfectly legit reason for magnesium helping most people with gurning. Look up magnesium's as well as mdma's effects on the NMDA receptors. Magnesium is an NMDA agonist.

Also, most americans are deficient in magniesum to start with. It's just not in our soil anymore and isn't supplemented via thus.

Honestly, you should supplement it regardless of if it helps...purely for the balance it helps to achieve in that regard.

Helps with tolerance with amphetamines as well. Probably isn't that important with MDMA as it usually isn't taken as often, but it's something to take into regard anyway.

You've gotta make sure you get the right kind of Magnesium. Most times people don't take a second look at the label, but with Magnesium you have to make sure you get Magnesium Citrate, not Oxide. Most store brands of Magnesium are Magnesium Oxide, which has a BA of ~4%, while Magnesium Citrate has one of the highest BA's, iirc (correct me if I'm wrong).

AHHHH chelate, that was the other one. It's BA is somewhere in the high 60's. I know that for sure, I just couldn't remember which one it was. 8)

Among the most BA forms of supplemental Mg are magnesium malate and orotate. The malate counterion is one of few compounds that can chelate and remove aliminum from the body, which is why I gravitate towards malate. Aspartate is very BA as well but is likely to be a neurotoxin.

However, if one is taking a daily dose these forms may prove to be too expensive. In which case citrate is a fine alternative. Although citrate has been known to give some people diarrhea.
 
Didn't think this question deserved a new thread, but Google turned up with nothing.

Anyways, is it safe to take Gas-X (simethicone) prior to rolling? I get really burpy when I roll and I hate it so I was hoping someone could shed some light on taking it and whether it'll affect my roll or lengthen my come-up at all?

im sure there are many other threads out there about this but tbh i couldn't be botherd searching for them.

so after a long comedown which i blame mostly on mdma and lack of sleep, i have experienced "brain zaps" and generally feeling down. Iv been taking pills for a few years and im no stranger to comedowns but since doing some research and finding this forum i decided to ask you lot what would be the best suppliment to replenish my poor brain? 5-htp, L-Tryptofaan?

when should i take them? and how can i recover fast so that i can have some more fun soon?8)
