i wonder where all the cannabis world members finally settled in to?.....it doesn't matter anyway....Its been at least 4 or 5 years since they shut down...

I do goto overgrow & grass city, but , I dont have accounts, I just read up on everything..

Thanks for the info, Ive stopped nuting period, and flushed, again, leaves are still burning, not sure why, the edges are turning brown, dead. Some of it crispy, but most of its moist.

My plant started to wilt over, figured that was a sign of water, gave it water, and it perked up.
Im curious, I've been giving this plant 1.0-1.7 liters per watering, which has been once a day for about a week, do I need to be giving it more water on shorter intervals, because I felt the soil today , when the plant was wilted, but , it felt most, I watered it, and they perked up, Is it possible water is drainging too fast?

Hmm, Idk,

Indoor plant was topped successfully (atleast I believe so )
My outdoor is growing healthy, gets little red bugs,
cant recall what it is to put around the plant to deter them, Im a bit high, lol.
Anyway.
Ive got pics, just gotta upload em , Ill do it in a bit (low quality tho)

Unless your pot siz is really small you shouldn't be watering every day. Even then, every other day is probably better. Soil needs a wet/dry cycle, so you need to let it dry but not to the point where the soil pulls away from the sides of the pot (this will damage fine feeder roots and lower end yield). When I potted up to a final 11L I was watering every four or five days. What size pot are you in?

Water to about 10% run off.

Wilting can be a sign of both under and over watering.

There are some good pest control products. Neem oil is very good.

alright guys

here is my problem

my sativas have been flowering now for well about 110 days

they had nice nugs and now it appears that they are stretching out and almost revegging with single bladed leaves, its fucked up and im afraid all this is gonna end up as hash instead of nugs because it fucked up..

now my temps are very high, usuallly up to 91 during the dark cycle and up to about 81 lights on. I am almost positive i have no light leak because i just harvested sucessfully with no herms.

what the fuck is going on. Im gonna post pics this weekend; till then maybe someone knows.

dude why haven't you made an account at icmag? All the cool kids are doing it..

seriously, though, the growers over there are money. I only fuck with organics but they really know their shit. Its like amazing... I open one thread and before I know what happened I have like ten open waiting to be read. The nuances of soil development and maintenance are enough to fill up ones lifetime. Some of those guys have soil beds that have been going to ten, twenty years and are just getting stronger.

I really really doubt its nute burn, Unless you are using guano or some of the more readily available (soluble) NPK solutions. Even then you have to do some major over fertilizing.

What is the pH of the water you are using and can you remind us of your soil mix?

Arob, dude why are your temperatures backwards?
What color are your trichromes?

Hey Arob stretchy buds in flower are usualy from either feeding to much Nitrogen, or a light leak. Too much nitrogen will fuck your buds :(

Prelude- Pretty sure she's in a 5 gal? If it were me i'd water he 3 litres twice a week, maybe more if she really sucks it up. How are temps in there going?

temps are about 84 for me, and yeah , the plant sucks up the water, lol, so Ill just water more than normal after a few days.
My outdoor plant is fine still need to load pics, cant , gotta goto bed right after this gotta wake up soon :(
Anyways......
5gal, yeah

Neem oil Ive heard of, what is it that you sprinkle around your plant, and in seems to be white in pictures..

Okay, typing with my eyes closed, feel like Im nodding out, goodnight. Tomorrow Ill be able to put pics up.

Well, seems every day, the fan leaf on bottom dies, It falls off, then the one above it starts to die,
The leaves are green, and all the rigid edges are brown/crispy, I have started watering every 2-3 days 2 liters each time.
I stopped putting nutes as I figured thats what the problem is, but it doesnt seem to be fixing anything at all.

Dont know whats wrong :(

Neem oil is creamy yellow. You spray it on your foliage using a pump spray. It treats leafhopper, aphids (green/blackfly), white fly, mites, black spot, mildews, rusts, scaps, botyris and more. Trichoderma and other friendly fungi are even more useful. You can get fungal/bacterial innoculants for aerial foliage and the rootzone and are probably one of the most effective growing tools. I've only ever needed neem on my outdoor plants and have generally used the fungal/bacterial sprays indoors as a preventative measure. Mycorrhizal fungal innoculants used in the root zone give me literally explosive growth. I use Plant Magic Plus Granules and PM+ essence. I don't know what's available in the states.

What's your pot size? Are you in veg?

Brown tips on the leaves is almost certainly nute burn. If you're in veg and are using a normal multipurpose soil you don't need nutrients in veg at all. If your pot is bigger than 1L water less frequently as you now are. Water when the pot is light when you pick it up.

5 gal. Yes In veg.
Havent been using nutes for a week or so.

my soil is 3/4 cocoir, and about 1/3 of peatmoss/perlite. With a VERY small ammount of bonemeal at the very bottom, along with about a half inch of perlite.

Also, just took two cutting to make as clones , they dont look happy, last time I cloned they never even wilted down, they just took root and were fine, this dont look like there gonna make it, but its only been 5 min, oh who knows, gotta get ready for work now Ill try and post a pic of the outdoor plant b4 I go

Drop the perlite in future. People use it for aeration but that is a myth. It stemmed from mj growers in the states not potting up (going straight into large pots). Because they didn't pot up like you're supposed to (did you?) the soil would stagnate so they added perlite to solve the issue because they were lazy. So, stop using perlite.

A coco, peat moss mixture is more or less a hydroponic medium. Neither has many nutrients naturally present.

Next time I would just use 100% coco or you could do what I'm doing and use 80% coco, 20% Fytocell with coco-specific nutrients.

Bonemeal adds phorphorous mainly, not much N and K. Personally I would water every couple of days since it's mainly coco and see how it goes. Feed plain water at around pH 6 and see how it goes. Start feeding nutes when it gets hungry although I personally would start again, but that's just me.

The soil in the outdoor plant pic looks a bit off. Did you turn over the soil with a gardening fork and add organic matter? What type of soil is it? Clay, sandy or loam?

Once again, can the perlite. You don't need it in potting mixes and the dust is very toxic. The only thing it should be used for really is diluting multipurpose potting mixes for seedlings, but that what seed and cutting mixes are for. It can be used in hydro but Fytocell is superior and there are other mediums that are better.

my temps are backwards because i grow in my attic wheer the sun beats on the black roof all day. it worked fine for my grape apes. nice dense buds.

they are all at different stages

ony a few have this problem so its not fert related+ i have grown with this nute formula before.

Are they all clones from the same plant? If not it could still be nute burn. Can you get a better photo? Use the macro function of your camera.

Those little red bugs are probably red spider mites.
