Well, I see 4 new areas of growth, 2 where the stem was, on both sides, and , 2 more on the other two sides.
Im not sure if its just new leaf, or new stems,

Say I tried to top/fim the plant, would it start to grow normally again if I didnt cut off enough ?

yes...as I've said, the growing tip of the plant is very active....almost indestructable. it will be fine...

Tried to label the picture with , what I believe Im seeing on the plant, but , It came out a bit small, dunno if anyone can tell yet, or if by my description in the pic. Topped or Fim.

Anywho, supercropped two small branches, have then both propped up with some Q-tips. Cut off the cotton part , prop that part in the ground and I let the larger cotton tip kinda hold the stems up, give em support.

As for the outdoor, well, it started putting out leaves where I topped it, but it looks like, side growth from a node, rather than new stem/colas.

pretty sure that this plant is done in, I read somewhere if 50% of the leaves come off the plant, then growth will be stunted very much, well, I cut off those crappy lookin leaves when it was younger, and was pushing out healthy leaves, but I guess I screwed it up.
I dont think it'll be doing much , Im going to go take a pic of it from my phone and post it...

Its a sad sight.. lol...

-edit-
Whats up with all the ...well...I was going to say colors, but, whats up with all the missing colors on BL

we've gone black in honor of one of our administrators who recently passed away, the staff is also wearing his avatar....he was a great guy and we are very saddend by his loss....there is a thread about it if you click on the link at the top of the page...

to me, it looks like you fimmed the leaves...when you top a plant, you cut the stem, not the leaves...try it again. just take a cut right under the leaves.

Im going to wait afew more days until I can get a clear pic of the new growth, if I did it wrong, Ill try again, I dont wanna top/fim it if I did it right, just couldn't get a picture clear enough to show ya know...

Guess we will know in the next few days. lol

anyone have a picture of a newely topped/femmed plant that has started new growth?
Thatd be nice to see, I tried googling is but couldn't find anything that was large enough to see clearly.

And sorry for bluelights loss, everybodies loss really.
Its sad to see, but it seems as of lately alot of people are passing away.
I dont know if it's just in my family/friends, but, its just seeming to hit home lately.

Yeah looks like you cut the leafs aswell, thought I posted about this. You need to be cutting the stem.

There are pics around that show you what to cut, I think I posted one earlier in this thread.
Also the pic in the page before this shows where you need to cut in good detail.
Personally, those 2 fans that are growing out from the top of the plant, id completely remove the bit of stem underneath that the leaves are growing from.

You need to stop worrying about them so much. You've taken good care of them, stop second guessing yourself! You know how much abuse they can take, and still keep on growing. Relax, know that what you're doing is not going to kill them, and get in there. You can do this, you have all the knowledge now....

Well, today I fimmed it, Im pretty sure I had it right the first time, unlike everyone was telling me(I love doubting myself, lolol), as there was alot of new growth and it was stemming, but, since everybody told my I was wrong I felt like I did it wrong, did it over and fimmed instead of topping, lets see if I fuck this up too(the whole point to fimming, YES hope I did it right), guess I wont post pics for a week or so, so people can actually see the new growth before they tell me I did it wrong and i feel stupid and go chopping up my plant again.(I bet your all gonna so to do it anyyways! lol)

That is definitely too warm for an indoor grow producing high quality, dense buds. Unless you are running co2 in which case it is the upper end of alright. Your plants will still grow but in the high 80's you won't get dense buds as easily they will tend to be fluffy.

yeah man I think you got it. Like I dont know about your technique (I really dont know, not like I am questioning) but the result looks desireable.

Can you remind me what strains you are growing?

Northern Lights #5, and both the indoor and outdoor plant are the same Strain, just different seed companies.

Oh wow, been working about 10 hours a day , haven't had much time to look at my plants or anything usually spend about 5 minutes checking on the indoor plant and Im off to work. Well, Indoor seems to be doing well.

The outdoor plant finally started to patch itself up (temps have been lower the past 2 days) , and in the past two days, the plant has probably tripled what foliage it does have on it, it didnt look like marijuana much before, but now, its obvious, Ill have to take a pic tomorrow, REALLY gotta find a place for this one now. I was thinking about just taking it to my work, and planting it out in the field ( I work at a church, usually spend about 2-3 hours with NO ONE there.)
Might be too public of a spot though, I might just take it indoor, and let it leach off of the light the other plant gets and just hope it atleast lives, who knows...

-Off Topic-
Got some morning glories as well, been growing them for about 2 weeks, they are 8 ft tall now, lol, Im wondering if this sudden rapid growth has anything to do with the temperature, or how humid its been (VERY humid)

Anyways, In about 10-15 days , Ill have about 1,000$ (first time Ive ever had that much cash, pretty sad considering Im 20, but hey, thats what happens when you get addicted to drugs, especially heroin in my case, lol)
I'm gonna be shopping around for a nice 400-600 watt, cooled system, for around , 500$ , if anyone knows of something thats high quality or nice for the price range, PM me please,

Ill have money soon, so if anyone wants to suggest things to buy that may help my plants, Ill look through the ideas, see what people say and try what seems best if I can.

Anyways. thanks all for your help. I did top/fim the outdoor plant, Ill take a pic of that sometime soon(Know Ive been saying that for weeks, but I never got around to it cause it just looked like a clone (long stem, 4 leafs.) lol. Now its getting bushy tho, after 2-3days of its pretty luscious growth

-edit-
As for technique, nothing really special, just trying different stuff from the last grow, this grow I used 2/4th Cocoir, 1/8th perlite, 1/8th worm casting 1/8th Sp Peatmoss. 1/8th bonemeal, sand(on bottom)

every 2-3 days , unless my plant starts to droop down, then Ill just water it on the spot , been nuting maybe every other watering , pretty sure Im doing that too much (its a 5-1-1)
Using 275 Watts CFL. (If I dont go HPS due to heating problems, I will be moving to CFLS that require a mogul ballast and put out about 200-400 watts.

Also, noticing my first problem,

The very tips of the leaves look...burned, like light has gotten too close to them, but I dont believe thats the case, because ALL of the leaves have dead/burned/yellowing tips.

This isn't a ph problem is it? I'm hoping its a nutrient problem...

Sounds like nutes burn. Give a good flush.

Looks like the indoor one wasnt topped. If you still want to top her, I would remove the stem thats supporting the newest which are cut.

Check ebay for lights, you can find plenty of deals on there.

Eh, if its not topped then Im just not going to top it, I cut it in a V shape last time, made sure I dug out all of the stem, but it doesnt seem to work, used a razor, nail clippers, sciscorrs, Ill just wait until my next plant. its no big deal to me. the top has become so dense I cant even get in there to cut it again, its so hard to find because of all the stems and leaves I know Id be breaking a few stems just trying to find it. .

Ladies and gentlemen, WE HAVE PISTILS! yayyyy.
What a beautiful sight :D
Im gonna grow this plant to about 14-18 then flower.

Nute burn? The nutes I have promises that "Won't burn plants"
Eh, guess thats what I get for trusting labels...lol...
