Medium size lump in arm

I've had a lump in my forearm for a little over a week from missing a few shots, it's gone down a lot, it doesn't hurt at all, it's not red. It's just hard in the area and you can feel it in the skin, as big as a quarter. What is this? Should I be concerned since it's going down?

what were you shooting? if its meth id say its pretty normal for a miss to be there a long long time. regardless, wont hurt to let a doc take a look

I was shooting dilaudid, it's not red or hot. It's just kinda worrying since its been there for a week or a little over a week... It's not sore.

if youre worried, regardless you should go better safe than sorry

I have had lumps take a good while to go, probably nothing but if your that concerned let a doctor have a we look!
