Hello! Not sure how all this works but I basically need help gathering information to help some people very close to me.
i have read so much rubbish online searching for infomation on weed and epilepsy and the only bit of decent evidence i've come across that i think is evidence it can help, was a documentary of a father in california i believe who gave his 4 year old son (who had been having hour long fits everyday since a very young age) a few drops of a high grade cannabis tincture and for the first time his son had an entire day without a fit... or something along those lines. the tincture doesn't have any side effects and definitely doesnt get you high. i'm sure if you search it up you will find the story as it was on the discover channel, maybe some of you will remember it? is there anyone else that has any further knowledge on this subject...
a good friend of mine has a daughter scarlett who is 11 she has a rare and complex form of epilepsy, she recently had an operation(the first of its kind) to try and cure her epilepsy for the first month or so it helped but she lost use of her left hand and slowly things have returned to how they were before, sometimes worse. scarlett is in and out of hospital all the time and on crazy amounts of drugs for a kid her age. scarletts mum regrets putting her through the operation and all the drugs and medication but for her at the time it was the only way of survival, now we are looking deeper into it... please can anyone with info get in contact or post here i dont know if im allowed to leave my email so i wont but please let me know. i can get more detailed infomation about type of epilepsy (although it is so difficult to give hers a type because its so complex) i can give details of medication or anything needed. please can someone out there help a fellow toker out, even some links to further evidence.
how would one get high grade tinctures, is it possible to make urself?
